1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags, certificates, and invoices intact.
- Customers must provide unboxing video proof clearly showing the package being opened.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
- Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Missing original packaging, invoice, or authenticity certificate
- No valid unboxing video proof provided
- Return request raised after 48 hours of delivery
3. Damaged / Incorrect Product
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share clear images and unboxing video as proof.
- After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
4. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method only.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).
- Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In case of damaged or incorrect product, return shipping will be handled by us.
- For all other approved returns (if any), customers may bear return shipping costs.
